To live successfully and happily we must adopt a healthy
lifestyle. Now, what is healthy lifestyle? It differs from person to
person, region-wise, country-wise and gender wise. No matter what ever the
differences are there in everyone’s definition of the “healthy lifestyle”,
there are some characteristics which remain same. Healthy diet and physical
activity is the most prominent feature of all among the characteristics. But, a
healthy lifestyle a little more than just taking care or your healthy with hygienic
healthy food and exercising.
A healthy lifestyle includes health inspection from head to
toe. The health includes nourishing your thoughts, knowledge, daily habits, and
yes, food and physical exercise. The
most important yet most neglected it the nourishment and exercising of brain
and mental health. Apart from studies and your keeping knowledge about your
interest, brain nourishment includes all the knowledge that you must have. From
knowing a list of pop singers
to new movie releases
to international relations to latest sport update to latest
fashion trends, you must keep up with all the latest news and happening
throughout the world. This will help your mind exercise various information,
which will expand your thinking knowledge and help you see the world in
different light. We generally say that aged people are more experienced and
have a changed perspective to things. This is because they have gained
knowledge and experience with time. But, if we utilize our brain to its
potential, we can gain knowledge ourselves and this exercising of knowledge can
change our perspective and way of looking things just like the elders.
Knowledge is essential for every step you take in life.
Therefore, to attain a healthy lifestyle you must start with exercising your
brain which will help you understand yourself and what is good for you along
with a more vivid exposure to reality and more mature understanding of
everything around. Once, you have passed this stage, you will automatically change
your living habits, eating habits, exercising habits and reforming your
lifestyle in a healthier, happy and successful way.

requires a little hard work, so here are some tips which will help make it
easier. It may be difficult in the beginning but once, you get used to it, it
will start enjoying it and continue the healthier lifestyle without efforts. But,
the most important part is that you cannot switch your lifestyle in one night,
so take it slowly and you will be good to go.

The most basic rule to a healthy lifestyle is
waking up early. With the routine nowadays, people prefer to stay up late and
then wake up late in morning which is the most basic reason of the disturbed
and unhealthy life style. So gradually pull back your
waking up time to 5 or 6 in the morning.

Once, step 1 is accomplished now you must start
your day with some physical and brain exercising. Walk for half hour or gym,
whichever is feasible (REMEMBER: DON’T OVERDO YOURSELF AND TAKE THINGS
GRADUALLY). After some physical exercise, read a novel, newspaper or any blog
that you like. This will exercise your knowledge, brain skills, learning
skills, language skills and list goes on.

With the completion of first two steps you have
already covered half of the journey. Everyone desires to look presentable and
pretty. A healthy lifestyle, will again help you with this goal. Adding up the
water quantity and changing the time of water intake will simply cut down your
excess fat and cleanse your skin with more glowing and smooth look of your
skin. Have a glass or two immediately after getting up and remember to drink at
least 8 to 10 glasses each day to achieve desired results.
Completing these three steps won’t be easy at first, but the
result of these and achieving a healthier lifestyle will be completely worth
the hard work. So, starting today give it a try and enjoy a healthier and happy
